We are proud to announce that Interstate Engineering team members Wade Senger, East Central Regional Vice President, and Charlie Hankins, Central Regional Vice President, have graduated from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC/ND) Emerging Leaders Institute.

Emerging Leaders Institute, now known as Professional Development Series, is a program affiliated with the ACEC/ND organization. The program welcomes many young leaders in today’s industry to partake in a program that addresses the numerous dynamics, challenges, and tasks commonly encountered in the engineering profession. The program extends over two years. Its curriculum consists of experts from around the country who provide insight into leadership, mentorship, business development, human resources, and culture.

Charlie Hankins spoke on behalf of the graduating class at this year’s spring banquet. “What I have come to learn through the process of this program is that our profession is full of great individuals who all seek a similar goal, and that is to make a positive impact on those around us,” said Hankins.
