Interstate Engineering Aquires Landteam Inc.

Expanding and strengthening services in the Minnesota Lakes Region

 

Alexandria, MN – Interstate Engineering announced today that it acquired Landteam, Inc. of Alexandria, Minnesota. The acquisition was completed on July 1, 2024.

Landteam is a family-owned company that has been operating for over 20 years, focusing on environmental work, private development, construction surveys, and municipal engineering. It has a loyal client base and a strong community reputation. It also has a close-knit team of talented professionals who share the Interstate Engineering vision and values.

Our clients trust us to deliver quality service with attention to detail, which we can enhance as we join Interstate Engineering to extend our expertise, scope, and size,” said Kris Klemenhagen, Project Manager and Office Manager. “Tom, the founder of Landteam and my father, was looking forward to joining Interstate Engineering. He often mentioned his gratitude that the company would continue and the team would be taken care of. He was proud of the company he built, and I am grateful his legacy will live on.”

Tom Klemenhagen passed away unexpectedly on July 7.
