Plan your 2025 Infrastructure Improvements

Do you have a project needing funding for wastewater treatment, sewer systems, water reuse, stormwater management, and landfill improvements project?

The North Dakota Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWRF) Program is now accepting project submissions for financial assistance with construction in 2025 and beyond. This program provides low-interest help to local governments to fund critical wastewater infrastructure to comply with the Clean Water Act and protect public health. Eligible projects include  Currently, the interest rate is 1.5%, with a 0.5% administration fee, for an effective 2.0% rate.

Here’s what you need to do to qualify:

– Submit a questionnaire for new projects not yet on the priority list seeking CWSRF assistance.

– Update the form for previously listed projects that still require funding.

– Submit a form for projects already receiving CWSRF loans that will continue construction into 2025.

Remember that your project must be listed in the 2025 Intended Use Plan (IUP), which outlines the project priority list. The deadline for submission is November 1, 2024. If you need help, our funding team can help you through the process. Don’t hesitate to reach out to get started.
