Helena Office Conquered the Ultimate Triathlon Challenge

Teaguean Knudsen and Rebecca Shaw-Quinones recently volunteered at the Helena Outdoor Triathlon, sponsored by Interstate Engineering, held at Spring Meadow. With nearly 100 participants ranging from ages 5 to 72, the day was filled with swimming, biking, and running across various distances. It was a lively occasion, offering an excellent opportunity for Teaguean and Rebecca to engage with residents and visitors as everyone worked towards their personal goals.
