Interstate Engineering Acquires 49th Latitude Land Survey
Williston, ND – Interstate Engineering announced today that it acquired 49th Latitude Land Survey LLC. of Williston, North Dakota. The acquisition was completed on January 17, 2025.
49th Latitude Land Survey, LLC has been operating for over 10 years, focusing on land surveys, boundary surveys, subdivision, retracements, boundary line adjustments, oil/injection well plats, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys, construction surveys, structural surveys, and 3D terrestrial scanning. With a loyal client base in Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana, both teams are eager to support each other and enhance our client experience! With the acquisition, we’ll add a talented professional who shares our vision and values.
Since 2014, Edward Rintamaki, owner of 49th Latitude Land Survey, LLC, has facilitated all aspects of owning and operating a small business, from marketing and project management to field surveying. He has 20 years of experience in the surveying field and is a registered Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in three states: Washington, North Dakota, and Montana. Ed’s surveying experience also extends to Oregon and Idaho.
