Interstate Engineering is thrilled to announce the expansion of our Dickinson office and the addition of Seth Ratcliff as our new Senior Engineering Design Technician. He’s based out of the Dickinson office but works remotely from Virginia. Seth graduated with a B.S. in Biology from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in 2015. Specializing in civil design, environmental design, CAD management, and drafting, Seth brings nine years of experience to the field.
