He’s based out of the Dickinson office but works remotely from Virginia. Seth graduated with a B.S. in Biology from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in 2015. Specializing in civil design, environmental design, CAD management, and drafting, Seth brings nine years of experience to the field.
