Interstate Engineering undertook the comprehensive renovation of an existing booster station in Parshall, North Dakota. The project involved removing and replacing all piping and electrical components with state-of-the-art equipment, significantly enhancing the station’s operational capabilities. This renovation was critical in modernizing the water distribution infrastructure to serve the community’s needs better.
The project included installing new piping, advanced control systems, high-efficiency pumps, a reliable generator, and a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. These upgrades were designed to ensure the booster station operates efficiently and effectively, providing a robust water supply to the surrounding areas.
This project was completed in close collaboration with the North Prairie Regional Water District. The renovation was coordinated with the completion of Parshall’s new water tower in 2022, which now feeds the renovated booster station. The correlation between the new water tower and the upgraded booster station ensures a seamless and reliable water distribution network.
