Phillips County Growth Policy
Phillips County, Montana
Interstate Engineering’s planning team researched, surveyed, and created a plan to help ensure the future growth in Phillips County is sustainable, resilient, and reflective of the local public vision.
The growth policy is a guide for the county to grow jobs, protect heritage industries, and tackle community issues such as senior care/housing, job loss, and changing agricultural conditions.
The team gathered public feedback to inform the county commissioners of the public’s desired changes. The growth policy allows the county to demonstrate its commitment to improving the area and seek funding for project implementation. It will also guide county leaders in improving communication with residents and providing an implementation plan.
The planning team produced a beautiful final document, approved by county leadership, that they will use as they move forward.
