What impact do you hope to make at Interstate Engineering?

I hope to make a positive impact not only where I grew up but in the surrounding area as well. Engineering isn't necessarily local in Eastern Montana, and it's a privilege to be a part of a team that is.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned since working for the company?

Interstate Engineering is surrounded by a lot of intelligent and kind individuals that know more than me. It's ok to not know the answer and to reach out to others.

When not at home, my wife and I are chasing our three beautiful daughters. If they are occupied, I am somewhere in the basketball realm or out on the golf course.
