What is your favorite memory from your time with Interstate Engineering?

As I am in the field most of the time, I find things interesting, such as two yellow rubber ducks in a drainage ditch, watching the neighbors argue over a property line, and working with and watching staff develop skills that surpass myself.

What impact do you hope to make at Interstate Engineering?

Develop staff to take over the professional and management.

I can be found in my shop working on old cars or tractors, pruning trees, fixing something (handy-man)
