With roots in rural North Dakota, Wade is a man of few words but decisive action. A problem solver from the start and one to know how to do the most from what is available, Wade works tirelessly towards the best solutions for our clients.

Having worked on projects throughout the state, he recognizes that his work to strengthen communities speaks volumes. He finds common ground through his clients’ needs and his rural upbringing. Focusing on rural municipal and rural water, he has been part of system expansions and quality-of-life improvements. Wade's ability to speak straight and solve challenges took him from a project engineer to a member of the Board of Directors. Within a leadership position, he is a sounding board for team members and a quiet leader, working towards a stronger tomorrow for Interstate Engineering and the clients we serve.

Outside of Interstate Engineering

Wade is an active part of his community., involved in various Jamestown civic organizations. However, he never turns down the opportunity to travel, especially if it includes a road trip with unique Americana opportunities.
