Carmen Knoll recently joined the Mandan team as a CADD Technician. She holds an Associate Degree in Estimating and Architectural Drafting from North Dakota State College of Science along with an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology from Bismarck State College. The combination of her knowledge along with her 15 years of experience, will serve the growing Interstate Engineering team well. “My goal is to continue to grow professionally and lighten the load of those who need help,” says Carmen of her goals in her new role.
