Engineering consulting firm, Interstate Engineering, announced Zach Grapentine’s promotion to Office Manager of the Spearfish, South Dakota office.

Zach is a Professional Engineer licensed in South Dakota and has vast experience in traffic, transportation, and civil site design. “Through strategic planning, our Office Managers now have a primary goal of employee engagement. Zach’s ability to work with people, demonstrated through strong client relations and project management, makes him a top choice for office leadership,” said Lonni Fleck, Interstate Engineering Board President.

Ron Bengs, Professional Engineer, will step into an Assistant Office Manager role and focus his talents on providing guidance through the leadership transition into the foreseeable future.

Ron joined the Interstate Engineering team in 2017, continuing to strengthen the team while serving as an engineer for various projects in the area. “During that time, Ron has brought in new talented staff, relocated the office space, and established a firm foundation for the growing team to build upon,” said Fleck.
