Interstate Engineering is thrilled to welcome Rachel Laqua to the Williston office. Rachel will serve as Planning Director for the firm. She holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University. With over ten years of experience, she specializes in municipal, current, and long-term planning. Her knowledge and drive to succeed will enhance the team and benefit the company as a whole.

Rachel hopes to make an impact at Interstate Engineering by bringing her enthusiasm and passion to the team. “I have worked on some exciting projects over the years, but my favorites are always the ones that communities can enjoy,” says Laqua.
