Interstate Engineering is proud to announce the addition of Samuel Irwin to the Spearfish office.  As a Staff Engineer, he joins the team with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. 

His understanding of engineering principles, along with his drive to succeed, will complement the growing team.
