Wiosna Joins horace Team
Interstate Engineering expands the planning team with the addition of Dave Wiosna. As a UND graduate with a Master’s in Geography, Dave specializes in Community Planning, transportation planning, and GIS.
Dave is an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). His experience, along with his depth of knowledge, will be valued assets to the firm.
