Schwarzhoff Promoted to Office Manager
On Wednesday, October 25, the Interstate Engineering Board of Directors promoted Alex Schwarzhoff to Fergus Falls Office Manager.
“Alex has been a consistent presence in our Fergus Falls, Minnesota office since 2004, demonstrating a strong record as both a skilled mentor and a respected community leader,” said Mike Bassingthwaite, Board Member and Eastern Regional Vice President. “I’m thrilled to witness his progression from staff engineer to leader. Using his expertise and varied skill set, the Board of Directors is confident that Alex will further strengthen Interstate Engineering’s footprint in Minnesota, continuing to provide exceptional service to client and communities in the western part of the state.”
Alex has been serving as Interim Office Coordinator since May 2023. His new role will expand his duties to include larger area objectives and strategy along with the daily operations of the office. He will continue to provide office leadership to the local team and manage internal office activities, building management, and staff coordination.
“We have had a wonderful presence in Fergus Falls, and I hope to continue to strengthen that while looking beyond our area,” said Schwarzhoff. “The continued development of our young staff in Fergus Falls is going to be a critical component to achieving that goal.”
Schwarzhoff’s role is effective immediately.
