The Tiger Sharks Swim Team in Sidney, Montana, hopes to install a permanent concrete bulkhead at the Svarre Municipal Pool. Pool bulkheads are structures designed to separate a pool into different sections, creating an obstacle course for swimmers. Jordan Mayer, Project Engineer for Interstate Engineering, recently addressed the Sidney Parks and Recreation Committee to help explain the benefits of constructing a bulkhead and alleviate any concerns.
